- How to Commission -

✦ Once quotes are open and announced, dm me on any social media (instagram, discord, twitter etc), to recieve a quote. the info i need for a quote:
-reference sheet (front, back. must be digitally and unshaded)
-the kind of suit youre interested in commissioning✦after youve been given your quote and my commission form opens, youll be able to submit a commission form.commissions are not first come first serve, but hand picked once the commission form closes

- general -

✦I have the right to refuse a commission request for any reason. weird behavior in dms will get you blocked.✦As of july 1st 2025, i will only be doing commissions on my own TPU printed headbases.✦❗I only take commissions from people above the age of 18. government ID is required. bypassing or attempting to lie will get you blacklisted✦Please keep dms bussiness focused. venting in dms is not something i will humour.✦❗i will not work with you if you're MAGA / voted trump. my work is not for you.❗✦ At this time fursuit have a completion time of 4-7 months. this is due to me being in a internship full time to finish my degree.✦I am able to do new things / experimental features, but depending on the scope of the project i may require additional TOS to be agreed upon✦Generally speaking I do not work on commissions in a set order. I jump a lot between projects to keep myself motivated.✦Commissions take roughly a month, from paid deposit to progress being started. this is to ensure the materials have enough time to arrive! clients will be heavily updated on order updates✦Should a disagreement happen where me and the commissioner cant agree, the danish law will be followed in regards to solving it.✦i do not work with strict deadlines, but i can give a loose estimate once project is roughly 3/4th the way done✦Once critical parts has been approved (materials, patterning, fur cutting/sewing), changes to these stages will come at a fee. take your time approving work in progress photos.✦quotes are free and can be requested once they open, the date will be announced ahead of time across social media. check the top of this page for commission status✦quotes are only valid for the upcoming commission opening.✦Quotes are given through dms, so please reach out on Instagram, twitter or telegram! Bluesky is not an option as they dont allow for pictures in dms.✦❗all commissions come from a home with a cat. please do not commission me if you have any allergy (severe or mild) to cats✦At this time i can not add hidden zippers on my bodysuits for murrsuiting, however commissioners are more than welcome to have a different maker alter their bodysuit✦I will not under any circumstances make a suit using AI references.

- Personal data -

✦After the initial ID-verification to secure your slot, you are free to delete the image containing the id from the chat. i dont save id's anywhere.✦your shipping address is not saved anywhere. once the suit has been shipped out, you're more than welcome to delete the message containing the address.

- During the commission process -

✦Please keep chat professional. personal topics / venting in dms is not appreciated, as i try and keep chats bussiness related only.✦Please dont dm reminding me of features, unless they are not listed on your trello card, or the reference sheet you provided. continuous reminders of stated info creates confusion.✦please keep in mind i am a bussiness. i dont mind occasional friendly chit chatter, but please keep it on the lower end as it fills up the chat.✦In addition to point above, unless we are pre-established friends, keep friendly chatter after the commission to a minimum. i always love seeing pictures of the suit on adventures, but out of nowhere, friendly, non-fursuit related chatter is not something i enjoy. I am still a bussiness.✦please take your time approving wips / swatches. theres no rush, and for critical parts (patterning, fur ordering, etc) it can be difficult / costly to fix / change things.✦if you don't hear from me, i have not made progress on your suit.
i send an ungodly amount of wips, and no progress goes un-shown. you can always look at the trello card to see whats being worked on, or whats next

- repairs -

✦i offer free repairs up to 1 month after a fursuit is recieved. buyer must pay shipping both ways.✦time in transit does not count towards the month of free repairs, the time starts from the date you receive your suit✦If a suit has been used in murrsuiting, adult photos or NSFW scenarios, It cannot be sent in for repairs, no matter if its the free month or paid repairs / edits.
this is due to the biohazard potentially present.

- payment -

✦payments are made via paypal invoice only✦prices listed are in USD, please use google to convert to your own currency.✦commissioners in denmark must pay 25% in vat. when you get your quote, the quote already includes the 25%, so the price youre given is what you pay✦If price has been converted, the conversion rate at the time of commissioning will be used, no matter if it goes up or down.✦i'm able to work with payment plans, however they cannot take longer than 3 months to complete.✦Commission payments that are late by more than 14 days will be subject to 10% added as a late fee, on top of the remaining balance✦if i cant get into contact with you for more than 30 days, the commission will be void, and the completed parts will be modified in order to be sold as a premade. it will no longer resemble your character.✦for payment plans i require a 30% non-refundable deposit to be paid up front, to secure your slot and to pay for materials.✦Deposit must be paid 24 hours after your application is approved, otherwise it goes to next in line.

- refund policy -

✦the 30% deposit is not refundable under any circumstances✦If you need to stop payments on a payment plan, you will be refunded 70% of the remaining balance, on the items not completed. items completed can be shipped if shipping is paid.✦if your commission has been paid in full, you will be refunded 40% for the items not completed. items completed can be shipped if shipping is paid.✦if the entire commission is 70% or more done on the trello, no refunds are issued under any circumstances✦No returns are accepted, as fursuits are considered specially produced goods.✦If you fail to pay for shipping after 3 weeks of your suits commission, your commission will be void. you will be refunded 20% of the cost, not including the deposit. your suit will be modified and turned into a premade.

- SHIPPING -

✦shipping is not included in your quote, but i can give a rough estimate in the quote process. do note this estimation is not final and may go up / down✦i ship world wide, as long as my country allows it✦you as the commissioner is responsible for any import fees / shipping cost / custom fees.✦shipping is paid at the end of the commission. This is because i need the final package weight in order to give you a price.✦I will not ship a suit out, if it has not been fully paid off.✦i can hold onto your suit until shipping is paid off for up to 3 weeks, after that your commission is void.➥❗If you are from Denmark and the distance between us is reasonable, I will allow free pickup if you meet me half way. Public places only!✦ ❗I offer free convention pickup as well, if im already going to the convention

This cleaning guide covers all fursuits made after July 2024. if your suit was made before then, please contact me before following this guide!

- head -

✦For spot cleaning: Use carpet spot cleaner and gently wash the spot with a cloth. rinse the spot with a damp, soap-free cloth afterwards. brush the head, then leave it in a well-ventilated area to airdry.✦For deep cleaning: fill a small container with water and a delicate, dye-free laundry detergent and wash the whole head. eyemesh is waterproof, but avoid getting water in them anyhow.alternatively, a little green machine can be used to deep clean the head.
DO NOT DRY IN DRIER.

- handpaws -

✦For spot cleaning: Use carpet spot cleaner and gently wash the spot with a cloth. rinse the spot with a damp, soap-free cloth afterwards. brush the handpaws, then hang them up to airdry.✦For deep cleaning: Can be thrown in the washing machine on a cold, delicate cycle. wash in a washing bag.

-Tail-
